For $50 you can post a job opening. They also have a directory of consultants who have paid to be
included on the site.

Another large site dedicated to matching nonprofits with volunteers. Offers
volunteers the opportunity to search for opportunities near home by entering their ZIPcode

For Good
Nonprofit collaboration to help nonprofits. They have a volunteer match site. You post your
volunteer openings. People go to the site and apply.
Servenet.org
Like Network For Good, offers an opportunity to list volunteer opportunities. Lets potential
volunteers search for opportunities by ZIPcode.

Samaritan Technologies
is unusual because it offers an online version of software
that is usually available only in offline versions. A good choice
for organizations that have several offices in different locations who need
to share information.
An unusual feature of this product is that it is free to small organizations. They
also offer larger organizations a free trial period.
Donate.net offers a truly unique product called the Any-A-Thon. It allows you to conduct
walks for a cure, dinearounds, marathons, etc. online.
Volunteer sends email requests for pledges or donations. Donors respond and add thier donation or pledge
through a donation selector created for the individual volunteer. All of the volunteer's donations are
logged so he or she knows how much money he or she has raised. The organization's managment can track all monies the event is raising.
The startup fee of $2500 looks high until you realize how Very complex and expensive this is to build from scratch.
Build Your own form
If you are working with a web developer, this is a fairly simple form to create.
The simplest way to do it is to have the responses from each form sent
to you by email. If you can afford a more complete solution, the
developer can write a program to store the responses in a database
so that you can download them and import them directly to your own
software.

There are several sites, such as

volunteer and employment opportunities within nonprofit agencies.

Because these sites centralize opportunities (like a nonprofit Monster.com),
they get many more potential volunteers than you will get coming to your site.
Cons:

You will be competing on their sites with many other nonprofits
with your mission or in your local area.
Bottom line: there's no reason not to sign up your organization, but, if you can afford it,
you should also have a signup form on your own site.
